Repair of Liquid state probes and ATMA faults
Typical services provided:
- Repair RF coils and substitution of glassware
- Solving the bad sensitivity and arcing issues
- Repair of Diffusion coil
- Substitution of the trimmer and non-magnetic chip capacitors in tuning and matching circuits; adjustments of the tuning range that drifted upon the time due to aging of the components
- Repair of the stacked decades in BB probes
Evaluation and repair of the ATMA system faults:
- Stuck motors or too high tension in T/M assembly
- Positioning fault (”can’t move to position” ATMA error)
- Replacement of the broken zirconium shafts
